This Privacy Policy explains how LED Banner Pro, developed by Dev Raihan, handles information when you use the Android application and its Bluetooth Cast features.

1. Overview

LED Banner Pro is an LED-style scrolling text application that allows users to create and display banners, adjust text size and speed, choose colors and effects, use fullscreen mode, and optionally send banner settings to a compatible Windows PC/laptop or supported Bluetooth receiver.

LED Banner Pro does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, password, or payment information to use its core banner features.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Banner Content

Text that you type into the LED banner editor is used to display the banner on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your banner text as part of the core banner feature.

When you intentionally use Bluetooth Cast, the current banner text and related display settings may be transmitted directly over Bluetooth to the device you select.

2.2 Banner Settings

These values are used to render the banner locally and, when Bluetooth Cast is enabled by you, to synchronize the display with the connected receiver.

2.3 Device and Advertising Information

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising technologies may automatically process device-related, advertising, diagnostic, interaction, and network information as described in Google's own policies and SDK documentation.

Depending on applicable law, region, account settings, consent signals, and Google's advertising settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

3. Bluetooth Cast and Nearby Devices

LED Banner Pro includes an optional Bluetooth Cast feature that can discover paired or nearby compatible Bluetooth devices, connect to a selected device, and transmit LED banner data.

To provide this feature, the app may access information made available through Android's Bluetooth APIs, such as nearby or paired Bluetooth device names, Bluetooth device identifiers/addresses exposed by the operating system, and Bluetooth connection state.

This information is used for device discovery, selection, connection, disconnection, and banner synchronization. We do not use Bluetooth device information for advertising profiles and do not intentionally upload it to our own servers.

Bluetooth Cast only occurs when you choose to use the feature and select/connect to a receiver device.

Data Sent to a Bluetooth Receiver

Once information reaches a third-party or user-controlled receiver, handling of that information may also depend on that receiver, operating system, or software.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

LED Banner Pro displays advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob), including formats such as banner, interstitial/fullscreen, and app open advertisements.

Google may process information necessary to provide, measure, secure, limit, personalize, or otherwise operate advertising services. The exact data handled by Google is governed by Google's policies and the configuration of the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

We do not control which specific advertisement creative is shown to a user. Google and participating advertising systems determine eligible ads according to their systems, settings, policies, consent signals, and applicable requirements.

5. Android Permissions

LED Banner Pro may request permissions that are necessary for the features you choose to use.

Bluetooth / Nearby Devices

Bluetooth-related permissions may be requested so the app can discover, list, connect to, and communicate with compatible nearby or paired devices. On newer Android versions, these permissions can include Bluetooth scan and Bluetooth connect permissions under Android's Nearby Devices permission model.

You may deny or revoke these permissions in Android Settings. If you do, Bluetooth Cast may not work, while non-Bluetooth banner features may continue to work.

Internet / Network Access

Network access may be used by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play update/review services, and when you intentionally open external web pages such as the privacy policy, Windows Receiver download page, or connection guide.

LED Banner Pro relies on or may interact with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

7. Data Storage and Retention

We do not operate an account database for LED Banner Pro and do not intentionally store your banner text or Bluetooth device list on our own application server as part of the core app functionality.

Information handled by third-party SDKs such as Google Mobile Ads may be retained according to the relevant third party's own policies, settings, and legal obligations.

If you visit an external website linked from the app, the hosting provider may process standard web request information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and request logs.

We take reasonable steps to design the app so that core banner data is processed locally where possible. However, no device, wireless connection, application, advertising SDK, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should only connect LED Banner Pro to Bluetooth devices that you trust and control or are authorized to use.

9. Children's Privacy

LED Banner Pro is a general-audience utility application and is not specifically directed to children.

We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, email addresses, passwords, or account information through the app. Advertising provided by Google may be subject to additional age-related settings, policies, consent requirements, and legal obligations depending on how the app is distributed and configured.

If you believe personal information from a child has been provided to us directly, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may provide rights relating to personal data, such as access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.

Because LED Banner Pro does not maintain a user account system or intentionally store banner text in our own application database, we may not possess user-account records to access or delete.

11. International Processing

Third-party services used by the app, including Google advertising and Google Play services, may process information in countries other than your country of residence, subject to their own privacy policies and legal safeguards.

12. External Links and Windows Receiver

LED Banner Pro may provide links to download the Windows Receiver, access setup instructions, view the privacy policy, or open other resources. When you open these links, your browser and the destination website operate separately from the Android app.

This Privacy Policy does not automatically apply to unrelated third-party websites or software that we do not control.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, SDKs, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

The latest version will be identified by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, store listing, or another appropriate method.

15. Important Developer Disclosure

This policy is intended to describe the current functionality of LED Banner Pro, including Google AdMob advertising and Bluetooth Cast. If future versions add account registration, analytics, cloud storage, location, camera, microphone, payment, or other data-handling features, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration should be updated before or when those features are released.
